Lo Cicero's Spiedini

1 large onion, chopped
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 pound butter, melted
1 cup bread crumbs
Salt, to season
Pepper, to season
Monosodium Glutamate, as needed
Paprika, to season
Garlic salt, to season
Celery salt, to season
2 pounds beef tenderloin
Butter, as needed
Bread crumbs, as needed

Mix onion, parsley, butter, crumbs, and seasonings.

Cut tenderloin into 2-ounce pieces, pound very thin.

Place 1 tablespoon of the crumb mixture in center of each piece of meat; roll meat around filling and pierce with metal skewer. Place 4 rolls on each skewer.

Coat meat rolls with melted butter and dredge in a pan of bread crumbs, coating well.

Melt butter in a commercial sizzling platter or heavy baking pan; place coated, skewered meat rolls on platter and bake in oven at 450 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes on a side. Serve with side dish of spaghetti, mostaccioli, or ravioli.
