Heinemann's Meatloaf

2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
2 large eggs
3 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 bunch minced parsley
1 finely minced onion
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper (more, to taste)
1/4 cup buttermilk
5 shakes Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried tarragon
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix beef, bread crumbs and eggs blending well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pack into 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until done.
