Lo Cicero's Sicilian Style Steak

Beef tenderloin, 9 to 10 ounces
Butter, melted, as needed
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Monosodium glutamate, as needed
Garlic salt, to season
Paprika, to season
Celery salt, to season
Bread crumbs, to season
Vegetable oil

Coat steak with melted butter; season to taste. Place in pan with bread crumbs and coat well. Cover bottom of sizzling platter or heavy baking pan with vegetable oil; place steak on platter, and bake in oven at 450 degrees for 5 minutes on a side (approximately) for rare, 7 to 8 minutes for medium rare. Serve with pasta.
